fantastic resort experience
helpful staff great location
The hotel location was great. Everything i needed was nearby. i walked easily to laundry services, restaurants, and the beach. the staff were very helpful, always ready to assist. hygiene was also taken seriously, something i appreciate.
The hotel pools were cold. This made swimming uncomfortable.

The staff offered prompt assistance and clear information. Their responses were always polite and helpful. the hotel kept luggage safe before check-in and after check-out, a very helpful service. i felt supported.

The breakfast area offered a variety of options. The selection included both western and asian dishes. fresh fruit and coffee were readily available. the omelette station was a definite highlight!!!

The hotel provides two swimming pools, with one designed specifically for adults. the location is convenient with a 15-minute walk to the beach. There is also a 7/11 supermarket right next to the hotel!
the room curtain could not be closed completely.

fantastic stay!
helpful staff nice pools clean room
I liked that the staff was really kind and helpful, especially chai. the pools were nice. There are two of them. the room was clean and modern. i found it great that the gym is open 24 hours!
The shower temperature was not stable. It constantly switched from burning hot to freezing cold.

The breakfast buffet included plentiful choices. the pools offered a refreshing escape. i used the gym. It features sufficient equipments for a good workout. i easily walked to the main attractions because of hotel's favorable location.
the elevator access point was somewhat distant from my particular room.

The breakfast included fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes. It was available from 6:30 am to 10:30 am. the on-site restaurant provided both indoor and outdoor seating and i saw it had a varied menu.
